I am interested in obtaining a Master’s degree in Human Resources at the Tecnológico de Monterrey in Querétaro due to I want to become a professional person in this area.

I liked a lot the way the Tec de Monterrey teach this master degree because they give people tools and the necessary skills to succeed.

 

Nowadays, I am studying my International Business career in Querétaro and I am about to finish it this semester. After I finish I will start my master degree and at the same time, it would be great to get a job that is related to my career in order to gain experience. One of my biggest goals is to improve my capability to understand the way people within companies interact with each other.

 

During my third and fourth semester, I developed a project with an important company called Tornillos Corona, which was about creating a structure related to HR. This experience gave me the idea to become a master of this area, being the result of having Ioved what I did in that company. I realized that people are the soul of the associations and that it is vital to keep the health of the relationships within it. That is why I am the correct and the best person to complete the before mentioned master degree.
